REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (MANDATORY)

We follow a strict quality-check process before shipping. To protect both the brand and the customer, our refund policy is as follows:

  • No Unboxing Video, No Refund: You must record a clear, continuous video while unboxing your package. This video must start from the moment you open the courier seal.

  • Eligible Issues: Refunds or replacements are only processed if the video clearly shows a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or the wrong size/product being delivered.

  • General Returns: Due to our nature as a limited-run online brand, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind.” Please refer to our size charts carefully before ordering.
