Because we offer Free Home Delivery and operate as an online-only brand, we have established a strict return policy to maintain our high standards.
THE UNBOXING VIDEO RULE (MANDATORY)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must record a continuous unboxing video of your package.

The video must start before the outer courier seal is broken.

The video must be uncut and show the product being taken out for the first time.

No Video = No Refund. This is non-negotiable and helps us verify any issues with the size, print, or cloth.
REFUNDS
Refunds are granted only in the following cases, provided a valid unboxing video is submitted:

Manufacturing Defects: Any physical damage to the cloth or stitching.

Printing Errors: Visible damage or incorrect printing on the garment.

Wrong Item/Size: If the size delivered does not match the size you ordered on our website.
Once your video is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as proven by your unboxing video. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wonderbystyle@gmail.com with your order number and the video file.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items without a valid, uncut unboxing video.

Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Items where the original tags have been removed.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Since we provide Free Home Delivery on your initial order, the cost of return shipping for a verified defect will be handled by our team. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
